You can delete your servijo account and all of your personal data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us.

Option 1: from inside the app

1. Open the servijo app and sign in.
2. Go to the User tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete permanently.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us from the same address registered on your account and we will delete it for you:

We normally reply within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and password.
• Your profile: name, email, phone number, gender and location.
• Identity verification documents and photos, if you are a service provider.
• Your saved addresses, notes and any photos you uploaded.
• Your ratings, reviews and problem reports.
• Requests that no provider has accepted yet.
• Your device identifier and notification token.

What is kept, and why

Only two things remain, and both exist to protect the other party rather than us:

• Jobs that were actually carried out stay in the records as proof of work for the provider and for accounting — after removing your name, phone number, address, notes, photos and coordinates. What remains is an anonymised record that does not identify you.
• If you are a provider with unpaid commission, it must be settled before deletion, because deleting the account would erase a debt owed to someone else. Settle it from the "Dues" tab, then delete your account.

Retention

We keep no personal data after deletion, apart from the exceptions above. Technical backups may persist briefly with our hosting provider (Google Firebase) before being permanently removed under its policies.
