سيبدأ تنزيل الملف. قد يعرض المتصفّح تنبيهاً بأن هذا النوع من الملفات قد يضر بجهازك — هذا تحذير عام يظهر لكل ملفات APK، اختر تنزيل على أي حال أو موافق.

افتح الملف بعد اكتمال التنزيل
من إشعار التنزيل مباشرة، أو من تطبيق الملفات ← مجلّد التنزيلات ← الملف servijo.apk.

اسمح بالتثبيت من هذا المصدر
سيظهر لك تنبيه مشابه لـ لأسباب أمنية، جهازك غير مسموح له بتثبيت تطبيقات من هذا المصدر. اضغط الإعدادات ← فعّل السماح من هذا المصدر ← ثم ارجع بزر الرجوع. تظهر هذه الخطوة مرة واحدة فقط لكل متصفّح.

اضغط «تثبيت»
وإن ظهرت رسالة من Play Protect تقول إن المطوّر غير معروف، اضغط تثبيت على أي حال. سبب الرسالة أن الملف لم يأتِ من متجر Google Play، وليس أن فيه مشكلة.

هل تصلني التحديثات تلقائياً؟
لا. النسخة المحمّلة مباشرةً لا تُحدَّث من تلقاء نفسها، لكن التطبيق سيُنبّهك داخلياً كلّما توفّر إصدار جديد، ويعطيك رابط تحميله من هنا.
ماذا لو ظهرت رسالة «لم يتم تثبيت التطبيق»؟
غالباً بسبب وجود نسخة قديمة من التطبيق على جهازك مثبّتة من مصدر آخر. احذف النسخة القديمة ثم أعد التثبيت.
جهازي هواوي حديث بلا «خدمات Google Play» — هل يعمل التطبيق؟
نعم، يعمل بالكامل: التسجيل والدخول، تصفّح الخدمات، الطلبات، المحادثة، وتحديد الموقع — كلها لا تحتاج خدمات جوجل.
الاستثناء الوحيد: الإشعارات لن تصلك. فلن يظهر تنبيه بطلب جديد أو برسالة جديدة أو بتغيّر حالة طلبك،
وستحتاج فتح التطبيق بنفسك للاطّلاع. يهمّ هذا المزوّدين أكثر من الزبائن، لأن وصول الطلب يجب أن يُعرف فوراً.
ينطبق ذلك على هواوي Mate 30 و P40 و Nova 7 وما بعدها. أما هواوي P30 و Mate 20 وما قبلها فتحتوي خدمات جوجل ويعمل فيها كل شيء بما في ذلك الإشعارات.
ماذا عن Google Play؟
التطبيق في مرحلة المراجعة النهائية على Google Play. عند توفّره هناك سنضيف الزر في الصفحة الرئيسية، ويمكنك حينها التثبيت من المتجر مباشرة والحصول على التحديثات تلقائياً.

Tap the download button above
The file starts downloading. Your browser may warn that this type of file can harm your device — that warning appears for every APK. Choose Download anyway or OK.

Open the file once it finishes
Tap the download notification, or open Files → Downloads → servijo.apk.

Allow installs from this source
You'll see something like For your security, your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source. Tap Settings → turn on Allow from this source → then press back. You only do this once per browser.

Tap "Install"
If Play Protect says the developer is unknown, tap Install anyway. That message appears because the file didn't come from the Google Play Store — not because anything is wrong with it.

Open the app and create your account
That's it — the app is ready, free and fully featured.
Quick answers
Will I get updates automatically?
No. A directly downloaded copy doesn't update itself, but the app will tell you inside whenever a new version is available and link you back here.
What if I see "App not installed"?
Usually there's an older copy of the app on your device from a different source. Uninstall the old copy, then install again.
I have a newer Huawei with no "Google Play services" — will the app work?
Yes, it works fully: signing up and in, browsing services, bookings, chat and location all work without Google services.
The one exception is notifications — you won't receive any. Nothing will alert you to a new booking,
a new message or a change in your booking's status, so you'll need to open the app to check. This matters more to
providers than to customers, since a job request needs to be seen straight away.
This applies to the Huawei Mate 30, P40, Nova 7 and later. The Huawei P30, Mate 20 and earlier do include Google services, so everything works there, notifications included.
What about Google Play?
The app is in final review on Google Play. Once it's live we'll add the button on the home page, and you'll be able to install from the Store and get updates automatically.
